AxOmnia does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
All AI processing happens on-device. The only network traffic from this app
is encrypted communication between your iPhone and your own AXV fleet
infrastructure — under your full control.
1. What data we collect
None. AxOmnia is designed from the ground up as a zero-data application:
No analytics SDK
No crash reporting service
No advertising identifiers
No telemetry sent to us or any third party
No user accounts on our servers
No cookies (the app is not a website)
We do not see, log, or have any technical capability to access information about you, your device, your usage patterns, your conversations with the AI, your location, or any other personal data.
2. On-device AI (Gemma)
AxOmnia uses Google's open-weights Gemma model running entirely on your iPhone. When you chat with the AI:
Your messages are processed locally by the device's CPU/GPU
Conversation history is stored only on your device, in your app's private container
Nothing is sent to Google, AXV Systems, or any other server during AI inference
You can delete the model and all chat history at any time from Settings → Factory reset
3. WireGuard tunnel
AxOmnia connects exclusively to your own AXV fleet infrastructure through a WireGuard VPN tunnel that you configure during onboarding. This means:
The endpoint you connect to is owned and operated by you
Cryptographic keys for the tunnel are generated and stored on your device's Secure Enclave
Traffic is end-to-end encrypted; AXV Systems cannot inspect, intercept, or access it
The tunnel is optional — the app works without it
4. Optional fleet telemetry
If you enable the Telemetry or Tracker slots, the app sends device snapshots (battery level, location, network status) to your own AXV fleet endpoint over the WireGuard tunnel. This data:
Goes only to servers you control
Is never sent to AXV Systems
Can be disabled at any time
Is your data, on your infrastructure
5. Permissions we request
Camera — used only to scan WireGuard configuration QR codes during initial setup. Camera access is not used after onboarding.
Location — optional, used by the Tracker slot only if you enable it.
Local network — required for the WireGuard tunnel to communicate with your AXV fleet.
All permissions are revocable from iOS Settings → AxOmnia at any time.
6. Children's privacy
AxOmnia is rated 4+ and does not knowingly target or collect data from anyone of any age — because we collect no data at all from anyone.
7. Third-party services
None. AxOmnia does not integrate with any third-party services that would collect data about you.
The Gemma model files are downloaded once during initial setup from HuggingFace's public mirror (huggingface.co). Apart from that one download, AxOmnia does not contact any external server other than your own AXV fleet.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we will update this page. Since AxOmnia collects no data, future changes will most likely concern only clarifications, not new data practices.
